u guys prepare for napfa liao? if yes, how u guys train for pull up. cause pull up for me is totaly GG

jus pump abt 100 everyday.20 b4 breakfast, 20 before lunch. 20 b4 dinner.20 b4 u slp.

What Chuck-E said has a point,for me during my NS days,I would also pump about 100 each day too,u can say pushups,it will help u make your hands more muscular to do a few of pullups as well,to all enlistees,good luck in your NAPFA and also train hard before u enlist,it will help u to achieve a pass/silver/gold in no time for IPPT,yup i'm 24,finished my NS last August and join Temasek poly last October,i'm a local student from Diploma in Electronics just completed my 1st semester :D
