no la. they dun really eat pills. just drink protein milk or wat. can buy at GNC. bro you not skinny mah. just join only. aft 1 year, you can see the diff liao. no need protein oso can. but trained out, will be like bruce lee body.

Pumping muscle is damn hard for skinny people, la. Muscles show easily, but look like praying mantis like that.
