For me... I take the slow approach.
1st: Put out some little news about you liking her. Like rumors.
2nd: See her reaction when she is with you... Whether comfortable or not... If not, I think you better not.
3rd: If she seems not to mind or still be like happy with you, talk or chat with her often until you think we can say out to her...
