it's a matter of perspective, how you see things. i think miyavi (that guy in the picture) has a style of his own. well, as they say, one man's meat may be another man's poison - that's why, you cannot judge people on how they present themselves and just say you simply detest them.

i personally love japanese fashion, and people with hair like him. just my two cents.

normally people with 'weirdly dyed hair' (like the picture above) are into a Japan orginated style, called Visual Kei. if you google 'the gazette' or 'X japan' you'll know what i mean.

these Visual Kei dudes are normally ?very? metrosexual and most of them (i can say practically all of them) are involved in the music scene in some way or another. I myself love Visual kei and jrock due to the fact that their music are well mixed and composed and each of them have a significant trait in their own style. Eg. Hide from X Japan is well known for his loud, pink hair. Reita from gazette is known to wear a nose band everytime and never reveals his nose (i know there are pics of reita's revealed nose somewhere in the web).
