Atheists in NP?

There's quite a number of religious groups in NP as CCAs. I was wondering, if there are other nonbelievers like me here in NP? Atheism is gaining awareness around the world now, especially regarding the recent atheism bus advertisements in the UK.

I wonder what is Atheism? I am not a believer either...

Atheism is simply an absence of belief in a god. I'm an agnostic atheist, which makes me a nonbeliever in god, and I do not claim to know that he does not exist.

On the other hand, a theist is someone who believes in a god(s).

It's good thing that Singapore has religious equality and is a secular country, unlike in some countries where people kill each other just "for being in the wrong religion". That's pure sadness.

haha...you are looking at one now...i am an atheist....i just do not like to believe that someone that is more superior is controlling, planned a plan for me and does not fit the logic hoping people to go what i call blind faith. Well that is what i think....so dun take it to heart if i offend anyone of you and i am NOT arrowing to any religion....secondly i also believe what you said the "wrong answer" for the religion question...the reason why war started and people kill each other....

Hmm yeah. Living forever sounds like bullshit to me. I'd rather live this life fully, and not just to get into "heaven". I'm living for myself.

Hell yeah! Yes, blind faith is redundant because faith itself is already blind. Belief without evidence is noooo good. Plus, being a religion doesn't necessarily have any advantages, pros of being in a religion can be achieved through secular methods as well, but in order to do bad things, well, just look at the motivation for suicide terrorists.

yup yup thats right for buddhism when it start out in india...because of brining into china, the whole things have changed in the real meaning itself...in terms of worship
